Mystery Products

Orders

Once an order has been placed, we begin preparing your mystery box as quickly as possible. Because each order is curated, orders cannot be changed or canceled once processing has begun.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Pricing or inventory errors

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

If we cancel your order before it ships, you will receive a full refund.

Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Inventory changes frequently, so we cannot guarantee that any specific item will be included in a mystery order.

Refunds & Replacements

Due to the mystery nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not offered for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preferences

  • Duplicate items

  • Receiving items that were different than expected

If your order arrives with an item that was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we'll send a replacement item at no additional cost.

Shipping

We work hard to package and ship every order as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been been shipped, Lavender Sky Scoops is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier.
