Refund policy
At Lavender Sky Scoops, every mystery order is carefully curated and packaged just for you. Because of the nature of our mystery products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Duplicate items
- Personal preferences
- Receiving items that weren't what you were hoping for
We do our best to ensure every order arrives safely. If your order arrives with an item that was damaged during shipping, we're happy to help!
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Email us with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging.
- Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we'll send a replacement for the damaged item at no additional cost.
Please note:
- We may request additional photos or information to process your claim.
- Minor cosmetic imperfections to packaging that do not affect the product itself may not qualify for a replacement.
- Replacement items are provided only for products damaged during transit.
